For certain you will be stimulated by the serenity of the surrounding green atmosphere, the Ocean view, rear view to the Lotus Pond (small natural lake), Birds, Cocos, Bamboo..blends with Nature. The beautiful village town MARAWILA, is found on the west coast of Sri Lanka, amidst a luxuriant coconut palm vegetation of the seaside fishing village of the island. It has several kilometres of golden sandy beach along seaside where one can contemplate the most colourful, romantic sunset. For certain you will be stimulated by the serenity of the surrounding green atmosphere and the turquoise blue sea of the Indian Ocean.
A modern designed villa, with two floors. Ground floor with 1 Bed room, Living room, Bath and Toilette, Store, Pantry and Kitchenette and a spacious terrace with sitting facing a lotus pond. Upper floor with 2 spacious AC bed rooms, Bath and Toilette, TV lounge and three sunny Balconies. Also could separate Floors for two units by closing the stairway with a separate entrance from the front, or to be use as a one unit. In Villa Maximum accommodation for 6 Persons or more with extra beds( 1 per room!!).
The upper and down floors accommodating two persons each or Family with kids or a Group. Down floor with a living and sleeping, kitchenette, spacious Veranda and an attached bath. Upper floor with bed room, attached bath and a spacious balcony overlooking Ocean and beach. In Bungalow Maximum accommodation for 4 Persons or more with extra beds (1 per room!!).

All rooms rentable as Individuals as double or single with all facilities in both Villa or Bungalow. No need to rent the full House..!! For Bungalow, Villa ,AC rooms, Non AC rooms..we have different prices. Also an extra 1 Bed per room supplement, free for Child under 12, over 12 kid with an extra Fee. Please inquire as you need..!!
Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be arranged at a request.
Excursions, Sri Lanka round trips, Ayurveda treatments can be arranged at reasonable rates.
